"Creating a learning environment you'll want to attend" is our philosophy. Human Campus Nozomi High School (hereinafter, "our school"), a wide-area correspondence high school operated by Gakuen Sato Gakuen, which allows students to learn over 60 specialized fields such as voice acting, manga, makeup, and fashion alongside high school subjects, will hold a career experience event called "Job Festa" for junior high and high school students on July 26, 2026 (Sun) at the Asahikawa City Kitashuto Children's Activity Center ASOBI~BA. This event aims to provide junior high and high school students with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of work through career experiences and realize its fulfillment and enjoyment, thereby encouraging them to think concretely about their own futures.

Key Points of This Matter

A career experience event where junior high and high school students can experience four "dream jobs" popular among them: "Voice Acting," "Manga/Illustration," "Game Creator," and "Video Editing," to be held in Asahikawa City.

Direct instruction from professional instructors active on the front lines of each field. Participants can experience a real "workplace" through activities like voice dubbing and drawing.

Participation is free. An open opportunity for all junior high and high school students to consider their "passion" as a future career path.

Supported by a total of 7 organizations, including Asahikawa City, Asahikawa City Board of Education, and regional support groups for school refusal.

Overview of This Matter

"I want to become a voice actor," "I want to work in a drawing-related field" – this is a day where you can turn those "likes" into reality with real professionals. The "Job Festa" work experience project has been held since 2017. It is an event where professionals active on the front lines of popular occupations among junior high and high school students, such as voice actors, manga artists, illustrators, game creators, and video editors, serve as instructors and directly convey knowledge and skills in a workshop format.

Due to rapid societal changes, such as the rise of AI, it has become extremely difficult to foresee the future, making career choices challenging for junior high and high school students. Through this event, we aim to help junior high and high school students gain a concrete image of their future and make informed career choices by understanding the "reality of work" and their "interests and aptitudes" from an early age.

On the day of the event, four career experience booths will be set up, and participants can experience their desired occupations.
