To continue fulfilling these missions, strengthening the educational and research infrastructure utilizing AI, digital technology, and cutting-edge medicine is positioned as a key management priority.

DeNA operates a wide range of businesses, from games and entertainment to healthcare, medical, sports, and community development. In addition to its expertise in digital technology in the healthcare and medical fields, DeNA possesses AI utilization know-how cultivated through its company-wide "AI All-In" initiative. This Agreement will leverage the strengths of both parties to promote initiatives aimed at solving issues in the medical and healthcare fields through data and AI technology.

※ Multimodal RWD (Real World Data) refers to a platform that utilizes clinical records, examination images, surgical videos, and various documents, including departmental system data generated and recorded in daily medical practice, regardless of their format.
