[About Exhibition at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL]

Ogawa Food & Service has been developing its meat wholesale business, primarily in the Kanto region. At this exhibition, we will sell the "Shirahi Pork Loin Cutlet Sandwich" (1,200 yen) using the Ogawa Group's brand pork "Shirahi Pork," and "Ogawa's Beef Curry Bread" (800 yen) generously made with scraps from trimming domestic beef.

"Shirahi Pork" is a brand pork selected from pigs raised in the Boso region of Chiba Prefecture, known for its warm climate. Skilled artisans meticulously select the firmness, color, and fat quality of the meat, and among those given the "Takumi-ton" brand, only the exceptionally rare female pigs are chosen. It is characterized by its high quality, delicate flavor, and the sweetness of its delicious fat. This "Shirahi Pork Loin Cutlet Sandwich," luxuriously made with "Shirahi Pork," is a dish where you can fully enjoy its firm texture and juicy umami, and it was very well received at last year's FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL.

<Ogawa's Beef Curry Bread (800 yen)>

"Ogawa's Beef Curry Bread" is a mildly flavored curry bread made with plenty of scraps from trimming domestic beef. It is a long stick type, 25 cm in length, designed for ease of eating and volume at an outdoor festival.

<Butcher's Croquette (300 yen)>

We will also sell the popular "Butcher's Croquette" from "Ogawa Livestock Main Store," a butcher shop in Futaba, Shinagawa-ku, which is the origin of the Ogawa Group, at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL. The "Butcher's Croquette" is a dish that harmoniously blends the fluffy texture of potatoes, the natural sweetness of onions that bind them with moderate stickiness, and the umami of beef, offering a taste that evokes both nostalgia and quality.
