In hot spring facilities, the most common lost item is 'towels'. In this project, towels that have exceeded their storage period will be transformed into cute teru teru bozu dolls and displayed in the lobby, creating a space that brightens guests' spirits even on rainy days.

Yamakou is promoting its renovation project 'Re-Born 2026', which aims to be completed by the end of 2026, under the slogan 'Kinder to families, kinder to individuals'.
