Japan's average temperature is rising at a rate of 1.4°C per 100 years in the long term, and temperature increases are also being observed in Tokushima City. As a result, various risks to our daily lives, including heatstroke, are increasing.
Therefore, we are conducting a 'Summer Maximum Temperature Prediction Quiz' to help people realize the temperature rise in Tokushima City and think about the progress of global warming.
Why don't you try predicting the maximum temperature in Tokushima City (observation point: Yamato-cho) between July 1st and August 31st, as announced by the Japan Meteorological Agency, referring to past maximum temperatures? (Applications are limited to one per person). We will present eco-goods to 10 people selected by lottery from those who get the correct answer.

Please apply to the contact point below by Tuesday, June 30, Reiwa 8, by postcard or email, including your predicted maximum temperature for the summer (up to the first decimal place), address, name, telephone number, and your recommended global warming countermeasure for your home.
