We will hold an online exchange event inviting individuals who have experienced U・I・J turns to discuss employment in Tokushima.

Are you students or young people exploring your future prospects, considering whether to work locally or outside the prefecture? Why not start by hearing from experienced senior employees?

Participants will receive Tokushima Prefecture's local specialties in advance, allowing them to relax and interact while enjoying the unique flavors of Tokushima.

Easy to talk in a small group

A small-group format with 3 company representatives and 5 students. A moderator will facilitate, so no need to prepare questions! You can ask anything you're curious about.

Hear firsthand experiences

Current employees who found jobs in Tokushima companies through U・I・J turns and achieved their goal of living in the region will participate. You can hear about their job hunting experiences, the triggers for their relocation, and the reality of their work lives. *Participating companies and employees are being finalized.

Includes Tokushima's local specialties

All participants will receive Tokushima's local specialties (e.g., famous confectionery) in advance. You can interact in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying snacks and other treats♪
