Tobira Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture; Representative Director: Tadamasa Saito) will grand open 'Lakeside villa SUI HAKUBA' on the shores of Aoki Lake in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture, on May 28, 2026. (Hereinafter referred to as 'SUI' in this release.)

Aoki Lake, one of the 'Nishina Three Lakes' at the foot of the Northern Alps, is known for its exceptional clarity due to constant spring water from the lakebed, and is surrounded by untouched forests. It is located just a 15-minute drive from the popular Hakuba area.

'SUI' consists of three private villas standing by Aoki Lake. The villas offer a unique view in the Hakuba area, with beautiful lake vistas and the Hakuba mountain range in the distance, changing with the seasons: cherry blossoms in spring, greenery in summer, foliage in autumn, and snow in winter. SUI provides a relaxing atmosphere immersed in nature and functions as a base for various activities such as SUP, canoeing, and skiing, allowing for a flexible stay.

About the Facilities 'SUI' is a stand-alone private villa complex on the shores of Aoki Lake, near Hakuba. All three villas are situated in a quiet, tree-surrounded area and face the lake. Each villa is an A-frame building with a signature triangular roof. The first floor is 55 sqm, the second floor is 28 sqm, and the terrace is approximately 20 sqm. The first floor includes a living/dining room with a kitchen, and the second floor features two bedrooms, a private sauna, and an outdoor terrace.

The interiors use many natural materials, and large windows on the lakeside take advantage of the A-frame design, providing an open feel connected to nature.

<Origin of the Facility Name> The name 'SUI' was inspired by the crystal-clear water gushing from the lakebed and the sparkling surface reflecting sunlight, which evokes the image of jade (Sui), a gift from the Northern Alps.

▼ Living/Dining Room The heart of the stay, where lake views blend in. The space is open, with soft light streaming through large windows. It features a sunken living area for relaxing with family and friends. Climate control includes air conditioning and underfloor heating, ensuring comfort in all seasons.

▼ Dining Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave/oven, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, cooking utensils, tableware, cutlery, and glassware.

▼ Bedrooms The second floor has two twin bedrooms. One bedroom offers an open view of Aoki Lake and the mountains, while the other provides a cozy, attic-like atmosphere wrapped in the warmth of solid wood. Both ensure privacy while enjoying the shared time.

▼ Private Sauna Each villa is equipped with a private sauna capable of seating four people comfortably, compatible with 'Louryu' (water on hot stones).
