Japan Polypropylene Corporation (HQ: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Kaname Iijima) has developed a new grade of its material-recycled polypropylene, 'NOVAORBIS™-MR,' part of its 'NOVAORBIS™' product line that contributes to the circular economy and carbon neutrality. This new grade meets the property targets for recycled resins published by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA).

Traditionally, material-recycled resins have faced challenges in property and performance compared to virgin materials. However, by combining the selection of high-quality recycled raw materials with unique compounding design technology, the company has achieved property levels equivalent to virgin materials.

This material-recycled PP will be exhibited at the 'Automotive Engineering Exposition 2026 Nagoya' held at Aichi Sky Expo (Aichi International Exhibition Center) from June 17 to 19. The company invites visitors to experience the performance of high-quality 'NOVAORBIS™-MR' at the venue.

Through its 'NOVAORBIS™' product line, the company continues to provide solutions aimed at achieving harmony between social development and a comfortable global environment.
