Dokkoisho Nippon, a media platform supporting Japan's livestock industry operated by Nippon Zenyaku Kogyo Co., Ltd. (ZENOAQ), will hold the 'Ikiru Livestock Conference 2026' on August 24, 2026 (Monday), at the Ochanomizu Tri-Edge Conference. The event will gather students, producers, farm staff, industry-related companies, and academic representatives to discuss the future of the industry.

In 2026, the event will feature significantly expanded learning and networking programs, evolving into an experience where every participant acts as a stakeholder in creating the future of livestock farming. Registration is now open, along with inquiries for sponsorship partners, educational institutions, and the media.

The Ikiru Livestock Conference is a space for individuals involved in or interested in livestock to come together to learn, think, and talk about the industry's future. While the livestock sector faces challenges such as labor shortages, successor development, career mismatches, sustainable management, and connecting with consumers, it also holds vast potential to nurture life, support food security, build regional cultures, and enrich lives.

This event aims to foster and produce next-generation talent by encouraging students, producers, and companies to learn from each other beyond their respective roles. The 2026 edition will feature expanded interactive programs where participants can discuss and deepen their thoughts through sessions led by producers, companies, and experts.

Building on past successes, the event will also facilitate post-event internships with the cooperation of guest experts, sponsors, and partner farms. Student attendance is free, while the general public can participate by contributing a support fee of 3,000, 5,000, or 10,000 yen.

Inquiries regarding sponsorship and press coverage are being accepted.
