Nippon Techo no Kai will hold its annual summer event, "Techo Natsumatsuri 2026," on July 12, 2026 (Sun) at Sumida Sangyo Kaikan in Kinshicho, Tokyo.

Overview

The planner season is typically October-December, when autumn/winter planners are prominently displayed, and April, in preparation for the new fiscal and academic year. While Japan is always buzzing with planner talk year-round, the momentum tends to wane around the summer.

In fact, manufacturers are often in the midst of exhibiting newly developed products at industry-only presentations during this time, but this activity is not easily visible to users.

Therefore, we have planned an event to enjoy planners during this lull period.

Let's all have fun and get excited about planners together before the peak planner season!

Masafumi Shirado collects "planners" (*1) such as schedule books, diaries, and idea notebooks, written with the understanding that they will not be shown to anyone.

After publishing "Tanin no Techo wa 'Mitsu' no Aji" (*2) in 2025, he will share "what's next" in the planner world, incorporating newly received planners and recent updates.
