From a place where athletes compete to a place that supports life: Handing over "Thank You" directly ~ A special blood donation experience realized in the locker room ~

The Kanagawa Red Cross Blood Center (Kohoku Ward, Yokohama City), in collaboration with Kawasaki Frontale and Kawasaki Todoroki Parks Co., Ltd., will hold a special blood donation event for the first time on July 26, 2026 (Sun) at Uvance Todoroki Stadium by Fujitsu, utilizing the stadium's locker rooms.

The locker room, which will serve as the venue, is a special place normally off-limits to anyone other than players and staff. On the day, blood donation beds will be set up in this space, opening it as a one-day-only blood donation site. By cooperating with blood donation in the locker room, the "place where athletes compete" will transform into a "place that supports someone's life." This is a unique blood donation event that allows participants to play a part in supporting life in a special space, an experience that can only be had here.

Additionally, a stadium tour will be offered to blood donation participants on the same day. Participants can experience the charm of Kawasaki Frontale and the home stadium while touring the interior of the stadium, which is usually inaccessible.

This initiative, where a sports club, stadium operator, and blood center collaborate to turn a locker room into a blood donation venue, is a rare undertaking nationwide.
