Smahospital Certified as Docomo-Affiliated Repair Agency Stores

Nihon PC Service Co., Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, Smahospital Co., Ltd., has been certified as a Docomo-affiliated repair agency. Starting June 3, 2026, Smahospital will provide same-day repair services using genuine manufacturer parts, completed in as fast as 60 minutes, for Docomo smartphones accepted at designated Docomo Shops. The service will be offered across 9 Smahospital locations: Omori, Aeon Sagamihara, Atsugi Garden City, Gifu, Tennoji Mio, Kuzuha Mall, Himeji Caspa, Biorne Hirakata, and Mark Is Fukuoka Momochi. Docomo is expanding its reception channels by partnering with repair operators to establish agency stores. Specialized staff with manufacturer technical training will handle repairs such as display and battery replacements. Registration at a designated Docomo Shop is required prior to repair. Nihon PC Service operates under the 'Digiho' brand, offering digital setup and repair services nationwide with over 420,000 cases handled annually. Smahospital plays a core role in this network, offering quick repairs without erasing user data.
