PC Hospital by DigiHo × Monomane Asset Management App
Nippon PC Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Suita City, Osaka; President: Nobuyuki Ieyoshi; Stock Code: 6025, hereinafter "the Company"), which operates "DigiHo," a service brand providing setup, repair, and troubleshooting for digital devices, has entered into a business partnership with R&R Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda City, Tokyo; President: Takayuki Ikeda, hereinafter "R&R"), which operates "monomane," an app for visualizing the value of possessions.
Through this partnership, users will be able to seamlessly request repairs and troubleshooting for personal computers and digital devices at the 13 "PC Hospital" locations operated by the Company nationwide, via the "monomane" app. Full-scale service deployment will commence on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
[Background]
The Company is an independent support company that resolves digital issues for smartphones, PCs, IoT devices, and more. Aiming to be a familiar digital healthcare provider in the DX era, it has a support network including 380 visiting and drop-off locations nationwide and a 24/7/365 call center, with a track record of 420,000 cases handled annually, with the shortest turnaround time being the same day.
In modern society, digital devices, symbols of convenience, are indispensable. However, when failures or malfunctions occur, the anxiety of "not knowing who to turn to" contributes to easy replacements and troubles. Amidst the growing global attention to the "Right to Repair," the Company believes it is necessary to create an environment where consumers can routinely choose to "repair and continue using" their devices. This partnership with R&R merges R&R's strength in "digital management of owned items" with the Company's strength in "nationwide real-world technical capabilities." By utilizing the device information registered in the app, the hassle of lost warranty cards or checking model numbers is eliminated, realizing "nearby peace of mind" connected to professional diagnosis with the touch of a button.

This initiative is not merely a business expansion. Extending the lifespan of digital devices directly leads to the reduction of electronic waste (e-waste) and aims to realize a sustainable circular economy. Moving forward, the Company and R&R plan to sequentially expand their initiatives, considering collaboration with "Sumaho Hospital," a smartphone repair service.
Through the "DigiHo" brand, the Company will support the DX society as a "digital healthcare provider" so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of digital technology.
