Yoga-Focused Guest Rooms and Private Barrel Sauna Open at Kiwado Onsen Retreat in Yamaguchi

Kiwado Onsen Retreat Yukyu no Toki in Nagato, Yamaguchi, launched three new guest rooms on April 25, 2026, as part of its major renovation. These rooms feature dedicated yoga and meditation spaces named "śāla." A new private barrel sauna was also added. The retreat now offers flexible meal plans focused on autophagy, allowing guests to choose dinner-only or breakfast-only options to reset their bodies and minds through a "subtractive dining" style.
