Kousen Corporation (Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture) has begun broadcasting video content to promote regional attractions on its street-side LED displays, 'KOUSEN VISION Kitamachi' and 'KOUSEN VISION Toitsu'.

The content being broadcast includes promotional videos highlighting the charm of Kitakyushu City, promotional footage for Toitsu no Mori Park operated by the city, and videos showcasing the seasonal flowers at Fukuchiyama Yamaroku Flower Park in Tagawa City.

These broadcasts are not intended for advertising revenue, but are part of a community contribution initiative aimed at sharing the region's appeal with a wider audience.

Beyond serving as an advertising medium for local businesses, KOUSEN VISION Kitamachi and KOUSEN VISION Toitsu are also used as information platforms to promote the city's charm—covering government services, tourism, culture, and local events.
