We have received numerous messages from customers saying, 'I want to buy a Buddhist altar for my first Obon, but with rising prices, I'm barely making ends meet. I can't afford a butsudan.' We deeply understand your pain! It is precisely during these difficult times that a Buddhist altar becomes a vital source of emotional and spiritual support.

We will deliver both the butsudan and 'peace of mind' to you.
In Reiwa 2 (2020), we donated 440 small butsudan units to victims of the Kumamoto Hitoyoshi heavy rains. Our efforts were featured in national newspapers including Yomiuri, Asahi, and Mainichi, as well as on NHK's 'Ohayō Nippon Kyushu' and JNN's 'Mado o Akete Kyushu'.
In Reiwa 6 (2024), we supported 62 victims of the Noto Peninsula earthquake in Wajima. In February, May, and July, we personally visited evacuation centers and temporary housing in Kanazawa and Wajima, directly handing altars to those in need. Our founder, Takashi Enomoto, built the foundation of our shop through door-to-door sales of Wajima lacquerware. We share an inseparable bond with the people of Wajima, and this initiative is our way of giving back.
The Iraq crisis since February, the resulting naphtha shock, and the severe price inflation are, in a sense, 'natural disasters' hitting Japan. Our ability to continue operating has always been thanks to our customers. Now, it's our turn to give back—with butsudan. Now more than ever, we need the 'power of the butsudan'! We aim to deliver altars free of charge to as many struggling individuals as possible. We sincerely hope for media coverage.
