I have been an elementary school teacher for many years. I have served as a homeroom teacher for grades 1 through 6, a teacher for a special support classroom, and taught specialized subjects. In recent years, I have been involved in school management as a chief teacher alongside administrators. Looking back from when I first became a teacher until now, the worries from families never cease. It's the same for teachers; many teachers are burdened with concerns about their students or their parents. One of the reasons I left teaching to start a support business for those with worries is the "need for continuous support from those who know the educational field." School counselors, who were not present when I was an elementary student, and various support organizations that serve as emotional anchors have increased, and it feels like the support environment surrounding children is becoming more established. However, the reality is that students refusing to attend school continue to increase. In my opinion, the cause of this is the "lack of continuous support from those who know the educational field." Teachers deal with various issues daily, such as what happens in the classroom, trouble with friends, problems between students and teachers, and friction between school and home. To handle these issues carefully without teachers bearing them alone, support is needed from those who can view them from the perspective of the educational field, as well as from parents and students. I have interacted with about 1,000 families and faced various concerns. What I have valued when talking with others is "a sense of security." Simply conveying worries as they are and having them heard can provide a "sense of security." Only then can one begin to move forward.
At "Future Cultivating Education Growth Lab," we provide a sense of security to those who consult with us. We then offer support tailored to each individual's concerns. First, please try talking about any worries you have. We are always ready to listen. Please feel free to consult with us.
