Toray International, Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Takashi Endo) has announced a price revision for fiber sling and other products as outlined below.
In recent years, geopolitical instability, particularly in the Middle East, has led to continued surges in raw material costs, as well as rising prices for metal fittings, packaging materials, energy, and logistics. Consequently, the business environment for raw material procurement and production supply has become increasingly severe.
While the company has endeavored to maintain prices through cost reductions and operational efficiencies, the current scale of cost increases exceeds what can be absorbed through corporate efforts alone, making it difficult to maintain existing prices.
Therefore, to continue providing stable quality and supply, the company has decided to implement a price revision.
Please note that depending on future international situations and market trends for raw materials and energy, the company may consider further revisions.
