Tokio Marine Asset Management Co., Ltd. (President & CEO: Kazuya Nagasawa; hereinafter "the Company") has entered fiscal 2026 with a commitment to continuously acquire investment expert talent and strengthen its investment capabilities. In terms of staffing, the Company aims to expand its current investment team of 130 members by approximately 30 over the next two years, targeting a 160-member structure. Furthermore, the Company will advance the utilization of generative AI in its investment operations to improve both efficiency and sophistication. Through these measures—acquiring expert talent, expanding the team, and enhancing investment technology—the Company will promote the strengthening of its comprehensive investment capabilities.

2. Backgrounds of the Individuals
Haru Nakagawa General Manager, External Mandate Investment Department After working primarily as a fund manager for foreign equities and fixed income for corporate pensions at Mitsui Trust and Banking Company (currently Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank), Mr. Nakagawa served as a fund analyst at Daiwa Fund Consulting Co. Ltd. from 2006 to the end of March 2026. There, he covered a wide range of strategies from traditional to alternative assets and was involved in fund research, pension consulting, fund wraps, and solution management. He joined the Company after serving as Senior Managing Director at Daiwa Fund Consulting.
Hiroki Sato Senior Executive Fellow, Fixed Income Investment Department After gaining experience in the Securities Department at Sumitomo Bank (currently Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) and the Securities Department at Tokio Marine and Fire Insurance (currently Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance), Mr. Sato consistently engaged in fixed income investment from 1993 to 2025 at Tokio Marine Asset Management and Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management (including the former Daiwa SB Investments). He joined the Company after serving as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management.
