Since its founding in 1986, the company has engaged in custom home building, residential developments, renovations, and real estate, delivering a cumulative total of 7,420 homes as of the end of February 2026. To express gratitude, the company is holding a special anniversary campaign.

A Record as the Regional No. 1 Builder

Aiming to be a builder essential to local customers, the company now operates 12 locations across Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures. Constructing approximately 300 homes annually, the firm has achieved the status of No. 1 in custom home housing starts in Miyagi Prefecture for 14 consecutive years.

Reflecting on its experience during the Great East Japan Earthquake, the company reaffirmed its core belief that a home is a place to protect family life. Consequently, it has focused on high seismic resistance, high insulation, and quality, while strengthening long-term warranties and after-sales support systems.

In November 2025, the company joined the Yamada Holdings Group. Leveraging the group's strength, the company plans to enhance its residential development business, promote ZEH (Net Zero Energy House) and solar housing, and improve customer services through the use of DX and AI.
