Tokyu Land Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroaki Hoshino; hereinafter referred to as "Tokyu Land") is pleased to announce that it has obtained environmental certifications (including ZEB) from external organizations for all 49※1 office buildings and commercial facilities it owns.
The Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group has established "Environmental Management" as one of its company-wide policies, with the goal of achieving net-zero CO2 emissions across the entire supply chain by 2050. Tokyu Land is promoting activities towards carbon neutrality in all its businesses, such as switching the electricity for its owned facilities to 100% renewable energy and standardizing GX ZEH standards with enhanced environmental performance for its condominium brand "BRANZ". In addition to these efforts, the company is also promoting the improvement of the overall environmental performance and reduction of environmental impact of its owned assets.
To demonstrate the high level of these initiatives to stakeholders with high transparency, in March 2022, we announced our goal to obtain objective environmental certifications such as "CASBEE" and "DBJ Green Building Certification" from third-party organizations for all office buildings and commercial facilities by fiscal year 2025. We have proceeded with our initiatives as planned, and as a result of our owned assets being highly evaluated for their environmental performance, we have achieved the aforementioned goal.
We will continue to promote environmental initiatives and obtain environmental certifications for all office buildings and commercial facilities that we own.
※1 As of March 2026. Excluding some properties scheduled for demolition, etc.
