Project Background and Objectives

'Matsumoto Kacchin: Light and Ice Castle Town Festival' has been held annually since fiscal 2021 to promote tourism during the winter off-season and create signature tourist attractions for the season. The Matsumoto Castle projection mapping serves as the main content of the event. This year, the city is seeking a project contractor through a public proposal process to enhance visual artistry and attract more visitors.
