Okamedo Iwata Store to Hold 3-Day Thank-You Sale, Featuring the No. 1 Toyohashi Souvenir, 'Black Thunder Anmaki'

Okamedo Co., Ltd., a long-established Japanese confectionery store in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, will hold the 'Okamedo Iwata Store Thank-You Sale' for three days only, from Friday, May 22 to Sunday, May 24, 2026.

During this period, popular items will be sold at special prices. This includes a 5-piece set of popular anmaki rolls, including the 'Black Thunder Anmaki' (which won the No. 1 spot in the Toyohashi Station souvenir ranking*), for a ¥500 discount. Other deals include mitarashi dango at half price and warabi mochi with a ¥300 discount.

Furthermore, there will be live demonstrations of freshly baked and steamed items, as well as a no-lose lottery event. This is a 3-day limited event to express gratitude to our local customers. *According to a JR Central survey in February 2026.
