Anshin Saiten's Junichi Tokita Wins Grand Prize at Funeral Award Tokyo Qualifier

Gojoiru Co., Ltd. announces that Junichi Tokita, from the Josai Area of its funeral brand 'Anshin Saiten,' won the Grand Prize at the '2nd Funeral Award Tokyo Block Qualifier' hosted by the All Japan Mutual Aid Association of Ceremonies. He has been selected as the Tokyo representative.

The 'Funeral Award' is a presentation contest where staff from mutual aid associations nationwide share real funeral episodes, their thoughts, and lessons learned. It aims to improve industry skills, enhance the essential value of funerals, and pass on Japan's vital ceremony culture.

Under the theme 'A Funeral to Cherish Loved Ones,' Tokita shared a real experience where a father's death led the family to reflect on their journey and reaffirm their bonds. He emphasized that funerals are not just farewells, but vital opportunities for surviving families to reaffirm their bonds for the future.

His presentation will proceed to the national final judging in July 2026. The award ceremony will be held on August 19, 2026, at Hotel Bellclassic Tokyo. Tokita expressed his honor, committing to continue closely supporting customers to provide memorable funerals.
