Kinmitsudo, a potato parfait specialty store managed by sweet potato producer Ishida Nouen, has announced two new parfaits: the summer 'Croissance' and the autumn 'Maturation'. The summer parfait, featuring refreshing elements like lemongrass jelly and yogurt cream, will be available starting June 5, 2026. The autumn parfait, which focuses on depth and aroma with ingredients like pear gelato and roasted pecan nuts, will launch on September 19, 2026. Both are priced at 2,200 JPY. Brand owner Yudai Ishida aims to propose new ways to enjoy sweet potatoes beyond just their sweetness, focusing on the growth and maturation story of the ingredients.
