Chugoku Financial Group (Okayama City, President Sadanori Kato) will jointly hold the "Okayama Biodiversity Forum ~A New Regional Economic Ecosystem Brought by Nature Positive~" with Ryobi Holdings Co., Ltd. (Okayama City, Representative Director COO Ken-o Miyake) and Biome Inc. (Kyoto City, Representative Director Shogo Fujiki).

Many economic activities depend on natural capital, and efforts towards "Nature Positive," which means stopping and restoring natural loss, are becoming increasingly important.

This forum will be held as an opportunity for companies, citizens, government, finance, and research institutions to deepen their understanding of themes such as "biodiversity" and "Nature Positive" and to connect them to concrete actions.

Starting with this forum, we aim to achieve a balance between the environment and the economy by building a foundation for natural capital and biodiversity in the region, and by connecting it to the creation of a sustainable economic base.
