Author of "Textbook on Human Capital Management and Disclosure Practices" and several other books. After graduating from Nagoya University Faculty of Law, he worked at Recruit Co., Ltd., engaging in public relations, organizational HR consulting, and later in management administration, including media planning, legal affairs, auditing, and IT management. During the company's listing, he served as the department head for listing audits and internal system development. He became independent in 2016, was invited as a faculty member to a university for human capital management in 2023, and established an industry-academia collaboration think tank in 2024.
