Mirai Works Inc. and Toyama Airport Inc. Sign Comprehensive Partnership Agreement for "Airport-Oriented Regional Revitalization"

(Headquarters: Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture; President and CEO: Shinichiro Okada; hereinafter "Toyama Airport") are pleased to announce that they have signed a comprehensive partnership agreement aimed at the sustainable development of local communities, enhancing the value of the airport, and creating new regional value.

Based on this agreement, we will jointly promote the advancement of airport operations, which were privatized in April 2026, the expansion of related and co-creating populations within Toyama Prefecture, and the resolution of management challenges for regional companies.

Background of the Partnership: Building a Sustainable System for Human Resource Circulation in Response to the Urgent Need for New Business Creation and Addressing Labor Shortages in Regions

The development of regional airports is inseparable from the revitalization of the region itself. However, in regional cities, including Toyama Prefecture, labor shortages due to the outflow of young people to other areas and a lack of personnel to promote new businesses are serious social issues.
