The Hyogo Economic Research Institute (Chairman: Juichi Takeichi), a general incorporated foundation within the Minato Bank Group, in collaboration with Storks Co., Ltd. (President: Jun Shibuya), One Bright KOBE Co., Ltd. (President: Jun Shibuya), From Chef Co., Ltd. (President: Kazuma Aoi), and Doshisha University Liaison Office of Doshisha University (Director: Masaki Kato), has conducted a survey on the economic impact of the professional basketball event "KOBE RISING - 2025 -" and is pleased to announce the results.

This survey analyzed the economic impact of the event, which was held on September 23, 2025 (Tue, Holiday) at GLION ARENA KOBE, on Kobe City, as well as the spending and movement patterns of attendees. This is the first time such a survey has been conducted with the aim of understanding the economic role and impact of arena events in the region and utilizing this information for regional economic development and urban planning.

Moving forward, we will continue to contribute to the sound development of the local community through research and dissemination of findings related to regional economies and community development originating from the arena.
