iRidge, Inc., a company with over 300 achievements in OMO app development and marketing support for retail promotion, has released the results of a survey on app coupons conducted among 246 men and women aged 15 to 69. With the widespread adoption of app coupons, consumer behavior has shifted from passive 'waiting for notifications' to active 'information checking.' This survey highlights the habituation of checking apps before shopping and the diversification of needs beyond simple discounts. It also examines how personalized 'just for you' proposals influence usage intent. According to the survey, over 90% of respondents check app coupons themselves. While awareness via notifications has decreased, the segment that 'regularly checks the coupon page' has reached a record high of 36%. Although discount coupons remain the most popular, there is a slight increase in expectations for point rewards and novelties, indicating a demand for diversified benefits. Notably, 'birthday coupons' have shown surprising effectiveness, with over half of the respondents stating it increases their willingness to use the app. iRidge will continue to support corporate business growth through strategic communication design based on data, utilizing platforms like 'APPBOX.'
