'Stay Connected' is a new style of stay for families and friends to gather. The company has expanded its inventory of rooms accommodating three to eight guests, offering spacious layouts with kitchens, living rooms, and laundry facilities suitable for cooking and parties. Participating facilities include Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo, Oakwood Premier Tokyo, Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Azabu, Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo, Citadines Harbour Front Yokohama, Citadines Namba Osaka, Oakwood Hotel Oike Kyoto, lyf Ginza Tokyo, lyf Shibuya Tokyo, Oakwood Apartments Minami Azabu, Oakwood Apartments Nishi-Shinjuku, Somerset Ginza East Tokyo, and Somerset Shinagawa Tokyo.
From June 16 to June 30, 2026, the company will host a two-week special summer campaign at lyf Ginza Tokyo, lyf Shibuya Tokyo, and lyf Tenjin Fukuoka to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the lyf brand in Japan. Events include sake label making, matcha workshops, and festival-themed activities at the properties.
Additionally, Citadines Harbour Front Yokohama will hold a 'City Walk & Anniversary Beer Garden' on June 14, 2026, to celebrate its 3rd anniversary. The event includes a 2.5km walk from Kannai to Minato Mirai, followed by a celebration with Yokohama craft beer and yakitori on the hotel's 7th-floor terrace, open to both guests and the general public.
