Original Harajuku Ramen 'BASSANOVA' Grand Opens on Cat Street, June 1st: Sharing the Famous 'Green Curry Ramen' with the World

The original 'BASSANOVA,' beloved in Harajuku since the 1990s, has undergone a major renewal and returns to Harajuku's Cat Street as 'BASSANOVA HARAJUKU.' The grand opening is set for Monday, June 1, 2026. Prior to the opening, an event was held on Sunday, May 31, inviting media, influencers, and business partners. Located in the heart of Harajuku culture, Cat Street, BASSANOVA HARAJUKU aims to share 'Harajuku Ramen representing Japan' with the world. The interior features a warm, Japanese-style design with 11 counter seats. The menu includes the signature 'Green Curry Ramen,' as well as Harajuku-exclusive vegan options, summer-only cold noodles, and original negi-meshi (green onion rice), catering to diverse domestic and international food cultures. The event showcased BASSANOVA's vision of creating a space where new communities and cultures emerge while inheriting Harajuku's history.
