Notice Regarding the Shareholding Ratio of the Representative Director

Earth Infinity Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Koichi Hamada; hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that, following a share acquisition by Representative Director and President Koichi Hamada, his shareholding ratio in the Company has reached 49.94%.

The Company aims to realize a "sustainable energy society" and is expanding its business, focusing on electricity and gas. In recent years, it has been working to increase long-term corporate value by expanding its customer base, enhancing optional services, and promoting operational efficiency measures.

As a result of this acquisition, the shareholding ratio of Representative Director and President Koichi Hamada has become 49.94%.

It should be noted that even after this acquisition, he does not fall under the definition of a controlling shareholder.
