◼️ Outdoor Stay with Sauna x Hot Springs to Enrich Nature Experiences

Earthboat is an outdoor hotel developed in naturally rich areas. By equipping all rooms with private saunas, we have provided a stay experience centered on time spent outdoors, regardless of season or weather. The 11th location, 'Earthboat Ueda Onsen,' features private wood-fired saunas in each unit, as well as open-air hot spring baths with alkaline simple hot spring water, the same as that found at the popular hot spring facility 'Jufukuno-yu' located a 1-minute walk from the premises, in all rooms.

The landscape design makes full use of the natural environment that originally existed on the premises, such as water features, streams, and continuous rocks, with each room offering a different natural landscape. In the deep forest where the babbling of water resonates pleasantly, we offer a private space where sauna, cold bath, outdoor cooling, and bathing in famous hot springs can all be completed on the guest room terrace.

The guest room buildings adopt the 'Earthboat Cave' model. They are equipped with wood-fired saunas where guests can heat them by stoking the fire, and the flat floor allows guests with small children or small dogs to stay with peace of mind.

◼️ Regenerating Underutilized Land and Co-creating New Value for the Region

This facility is located in 'Sanada Izumi no Mori' at an altitude of 975m on the summit of Jizo Pass, connecting Nagano City and Ueda City. It is born from the regeneration of underutilized land that had been unused for many years, located a 1-minute walk from 'Jufukuno-yu.' This land has a deep connection to 'Jufukuno-yu,' which once operated a pet facility there, and the hot spring source for the guest room baths also utilizes the piping that was brought onto this site during that time.
