The Hotel is born as a hub aimed at revitalizing the entire island by reviving a property that had gone unused for many years due to issues such as rights adjustments. It is fully equipped with simple, sophisticated, all-oceanfront rooms where the sea breeze flows through, as well as sauna facilities to reset the mind and body in nature. While all rooms are equipped with mini-kitchens, which are rare on Izu Oshima, the hotel proposes a 'touring retreat' by deliberately not providing dinner, inviting guests to town restaurants and allowing them to experience the charm of the whole island.
