The Municipal DX Support Expo Executive Committee (Executive Chairman: Masato Hori / Operation: InnoVent Inc.) will hold the "1st Municipal DX Support Expo in Kansai," the first event of its kind in the Kansai area, for two days from Thursday, July 9th, to Friday, July 10th, 2026, at MyDome Osaka (Chuo-ku, Osaka).

Official Website: https://jichitai-dx.jp/

Purpose of the Event ■

This exhibition is held as a venue for sharing practices and challenges related to digitalization and DX initiatives in local governments.

Municipal DX does not have a single correct answer or model, as the approach varies depending on the region, organization size, and system.

This exhibition aims to provide an opportunity for municipal employees to learn from each other and consider their next steps, while experiencing diverse initiatives and trial-and-error efforts aimed at improving resident services and operational efficiency.

Furthermore, in addition to exhibits and seminars, we will provide a relaxed environment for dialogue and exchange, creating opportunities for connections and continuous information exchange between municipalities.

We sincerely look forward to welcoming municipal employees and government officials from across the country, including the Kansai region.

Special Cooperation

1. "Cutting-Edge Solutions for Municipalities" that Balance Improved Resident Services and Operational Efficiency Gather Under One Roof

Numerous companies exhibiting solutions directly related to municipal operations, such as counter services, administrative services, business improvement/BPR, and data linkage platforms/smart cities, will be present. At each booth, visitors can see and touch DX products and services for municipalities, allowing for comparison and consideration for implementation. Real-life case studies from municipalities that have implemented these solutions will also be on display, enabling on-the-spot comparisons and considerations tailored to one's own municipality.

2. "Lectures and Seminars" to Guide Solutions for On-Site Challenges Held Concurrently

During the event, numerous special seminars will be held with speakers who are representatives from municipalities undertaking advanced DX initiatives. Practical programs are planned to address real-world concerns such as "Where should we start?" and "Building an organization for DX promotion." Through advanced case studies and the latest trends, we will cover themes that municipalities are currently facing, including generative AI, counter BPR, joint procurement, and in-house development using no-code.
