IPROS Corporation announced it will host a special lecture featuring Yasuhiko Kono, Secretary General of the Japan Marketing Association, at the '2nd AI/DX Sales & Marketing Exhibition' (part of 'IPROS AI 2026 Summer'), to be held at Ariake GYM-EX on July 29, 2026.

While the rapid adoption of AI and DX has accelerated product development in recent years, many Japanese companies are facing a profound challenge: 'We have absolute confidence in our quality, but somehow it doesn't sell.' This lecture defines this gap between technical perspectives and customer perspectives as the 'quality trap.' An expert with extensive experience supporting new product development will clearly explain how to create the 'inevitability' of being chosen by customers.

As digital technology advances and product commoditization progresses, Japanese companies often find themselves overly focused on explaining features and specs, failing to convey value to the customer, or getting caught in intense price wars. This session will dismantle the mechanics of why 'good products don't sell,' introduce ways to translate unique strengths into customer benefits, and provide practical insights into the marketing perspectives required to improve conversion rates.

The lecture will take place on July 29, 2026, from 13:50 at Venue A. In addition, the concurrently held exhibition will showcase various solutions supporting corporate business transformation, including SFA/CRM, MA, and sales AI. Attendance is free with advance registration.
