Wins Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. (Fukuoka City, CEO Kousuke Yoshimura), which operates over 90 stores in 10 countries under the global 'Hakata Ikkousha' brand, has announced the rebranding of its 'Hakata Yatai Ramen Ikkousha' location in the Hakata 1bangai underground mall to 'Hakata Ramen Nidaime Ikkousha.' The store is set for its grand opening on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

'Nidaime Ikkousha' is a brand developed to make authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen more accessible for everyday dining. Having already seen success in Okayama and Osaka, this marks the brand's first appearance in Fukuoka Prefecture. The core concept is 'New yet Nostalgic,' aiming to be a 'Town Tonkotsu' shop loved by everyone from children to the elderly.

The ramen's quality starts with a fresh, slightly sweet soup made by simmering carefully selected pork bone parts using traditional Hakata methods. This is combined with a sharp special sauce blended from three types of local Fukuoka soy sauces, bringing out a mellow richness and the sweetness of back fat. The meal is completed with custom flat-thin noodles from 'Seimenya Keishi' and tender shoulder loin chashu pork.

Featured Menu Items (including tax): - Tonkotsu Ramen: 900 yen - Karashi Takana Ramen: 1,050 yen - Special Ramen: 1,550 yen (with extra toppings) - Gyoza (5 pieces): 400 yen - Hakata Mentai Don: 450 yen

Located in the Hakata 1bangai mall at Hakata Station, the shop operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, serving as a convenient spot for local commuters, families, and tourists alike.
