These properties are supplied by utilizing the 'Public-Private Partnership Affordable Housing Supply Promotion Fund' in Tokyo, which renovates vacant houses and used detached homes to provide them at affordable rents for families raising children. This project aims to solve social issues such as the increase in vacant houses and the shortage of housing for families in Tokyo, with plans to supply over 160 units.
