Explaza, a company driving societal implementation of generative AI through services like "Explaza Generative AI Partner," has announced the general release of "Palma," an AI workflow platform for teams that allows users to build and operate workflows using natural language, starting May 26, 2026.

Palma aims to evolve the use of generative AI from individual chat interactions to integrated business operations. Its simple, chat-based UI allows frontline staff to design and operate AI workflows in their own words, with a mechanism that enhances precision and reproducibility through repeated use.

[Background: From "Chat AI" to "Business Integration"]

While the adoption of generative AI is accelerating, usage in many workplaces remains stuck at "individuals consulting chat AIs." Few organizations have successfully integrated AI into their ongoing business workflows to generate sustained results.

Furthermore, while means to turn AI into workflows are increasing, many are hindered by prerequisites like complex programming or no-code editing screens, segregation from organizational context (histories, knowledge, and operational rules), and the lack of loops for precision improvement through operations, making it difficult to sustain AI adoption at the organizational level.

Palma addresses these challenges through a new product category: "AI Workflows for Teams."

[Three Features of Palma]

Palma Concept: Build, Use, Grow

1. Build: Construct AI workflows with natural language. By simply writing "I want to do this" in a chat, an AI agent automatically generates a business workflow. Field staff can assemble workflows themselves without programming or complex UI.

2. Use: Operate workflows through chat. Created workflows are organized and stored in Palma with a user-friendly UI even for those who just "use" the workflows. By conveying "I want to do this" from project-specific chat UIs, the appropriate workflow is executed behind the scenes. Users need not be aware of the underlying workflows or AI.

3. Grow: Precision increases with use. Linked to organizational and team contexts, workflow precision and reproducibility improve as they are operated in business. It is designed to embed AI into long-term operations while "nurturing" it.

Execution logs, reviews, judgments, output files, and related data are accumulated on a single platform. The structure allows for clear separation of tasks handled by AI and tasks requiring human judgment and approval, making it easy to embed into operations.

By providing these three features through a chat-centric intuitive UI, it enables frontline members who are not AI-literate to participate in operations from day one.

[Why Explaza creates "AI Workflows for Teams"]

To date, we have undertaken the planning and development of over 100 business AI agents, primarily for enterprise clients. During this process, we repeatedly confirmed the challenge: "Chat AI does not lead to team productivity. While there are ways to build business tools using IDE-based AI skills like Claude Code, they are difficult for most people, and maintaining them as a team is a hurdle. There is no common foundation for team AI utilization."

Palma is a business automation AI workflow that packages Explaza’s strength in "AI Native development" into a no-code format usable by anyone. It opens up environments where every frontline employee can design and execute AI, tasks previously handled only by specialized teams.

In the long term, we will evolve Palma into an "AI OS"—a re-architected business infrastructure designed on the premise that humans and AI co-create.

[Comment from CEO Issei Takahashi]

"Distributing AI as a 'convenient tool' to each individual is no longer difficult. The challenge is restructuring the way we work as an organization. Through three years of running with clients in over 100 business AI development and promotion projects, I saw that what is truly needed is not 'individual AI' but a common platform where the frontline can incorporate AI into their work in their own words, while nurturing it through operation."
