trackerr is a bulk package tracking tool that supports over 30 shipping companies. It allows for bulk inquiries on the delivery status of multiple carriers, enabling staff to grasp the status of all waybills on a single screen. Since delivery status can be answered immediately in response to customer inquiries, response time is significantly reduced.

STEP 2 | Registration of Waybill Numbers (CSV Import)

Waybill numbers can be registered in bulk simply by uploading shipping data in CSV format. CSV files exported from existing order management systems or core systems can be imported as is.

STEP 3 | Bulk Tracking and Inquiry Response (Daily Operation)

When you open the management screen, the delivery status of all waybills is displayed in a list. You can see statuses such as "In Transit," "Delivered," and "Return to Sender" at a glance, allowing for immediate answers to customer questions like "Where is my package?"
