Regarding the issuance of new shares through a public offering, which was resolved at the board meeting held on June 30, 2026, the payment amount for the offered shares and other details were previously undetermined. However, at the board meeting held on July 16, 2026, these items have now been decided as outlined in the attached PDF, and we hereby announce this update.

Please note that the aforementioned payment amount is different from the issue price of the offered shares and the amount to be paid by underwriters (subscription price), which will be determined through the bookbuilding process.
