(Representative Director: Koji Kinoshita) is pleased to announce the reopening of the Japanese restaurant 'Kanazawa Tsukiya' in Daiku-machi, Kanazawa, on May 27th, featuring new head chef Nobuhiko Ibaragi. The restaurant offers a new style of Japanese cuisine that engages all five senses, set in a nostalgic space that blends traditional Kanazawa townhouses with Oriental aesthetics. The building, originally constructed in the early Meiji period, has been renovated to include classic Chinese interior elements. The restaurant features a 7-seat counter made of a single piece of Japanese horse chestnut wood and two private rooms converted from a traditional storehouse. Chef Ibaragi will prepare dishes using seasonal ingredients from across Japan, with a focus on local Hokuriku produce. The restaurant is open from 18:00 to 23:00, closed on Sundays and Mondays.
