Our Employee Participates in IPA's 'Top 10 IT Security Threats 2026' Selection Meeting

AP Communications Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takeshi Uchida; hereinafter referred to as "our company") is pleased to announce that three employees from our Zero Trust business, "0-WAN (Zero One)" – Yasuhiro Yamane, Kengo Kishigami, and Daishin Yanagida – participated in the selection meeting for IPA's (Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan*) "Top 10 IT Security Threats 2026". This marks our fourth consecutive year of participation since 2023.

0-WAN was launched in response to the growing importance of Zero Trust due to increasing cyber threats and the widespread adoption of remote work. We are receiving an increasing number of consultations from companies facing challenges in responding to increasingly complex cyberattacks in recent years.

About the "Top 10 IT Security Threats 2026"

IPA publishes the "Top 10 IT Security Threats" with the aim of contributing to the dissemination of security measures. The "Top 10 IT Security Threats 2026" is determined through deliberations and voting by the "Top 10 Threats Selection Committee," composed of approximately 250 members, including researchers in the information security field and corporate practitioners, based on the security incidents and attack situations that had a significant social impact in 2025.
