KataLink Adds Conversational AI 'Review AI Feedback' to Goal Management Board to Eliminate 'False Reviews' in Sales

KataLink Co., Ltd. has added a new feature, 'Review AI Feedback,' to the goal management board of its sales management support AI SaaS 'KataLink,' which deepens reviews through dialogue with AI. This feature eliminates the 'false sense of review' that occurs in many sales environments, where people look at dashboards and feel satisfied after a casual verbal confirmation. The AI asks repeated questions to draw out causes and countermeasures, accompanying members until they can verbalize their next actions in their own words. While SFA adoption has made numbers visible, the challenge of 'not knowing what to do next' remains. The biggest feature of this tool is that the AI does not write the answers for the user, but instead prompts them to think through questions and convert causes and countermeasures into their own words. When a member asks, 'Where should I start reviewing?', the AI begins a dialogue based on current-term indicators. Since it inherits previous review content, it can engage in context-aware dialogue. Drafts are generated only when the AI determines that the points have been solidified, ensuring that the process of members thinking and reviewing in their own words is not skipped. Future plans include developing goal-setting support features and AI-based skill assessment from meeting minutes.
