Earl Grey Specialty Shop to Sell New 'Fresh Custard Pie' at Isetan Tachikawa

Japan's first Earl Grey specialty shop, '&EARL GREY' Kobe (operated by Catherine House Co., Ltd.), will participate in the 'Delicious Foods of Japan Exhibition' at Isetan Tachikawa from April 15 to 20, 2026. The highlight is the new 'Fresh Custard Pie,' featuring a multi-layered, butter-rich caramelized crust filled with smooth custard made with plenty of Hokkaido fresh cream. To ensure the best texture, each pie is filled individually after the order is placed. The shop will also sell its famous soft-serve ice cream, including 'Earl Grey Rich Milk,' which uses 50 times more tea leaves than standard recipes, and the 2026 new flavor 'Caramel Milk Tea' made with Assam tea and bitter caramel.
