Career Mom has partnered with Hatena Base and freee K.K. to launch the 'Intensive freee Accounting Training: Practical Edition.' This program is designed for individuals aiming to work at companies using freee, combining 8 hours of e-learning with two days of hands-on training. The curriculum covers the entire accounting process from journal entries to monthly closing. Upon completion, participants can receive job placement support through the networks of both Career Mom and Hatena Base. As digital transformation and cloud adoption in accounting accelerate, there is a shortage of talent capable of utilizing cloud accounting software at a practical level. To provide a learning environment for those in remote areas or balancing life stages like childcare, Career Mom—with its network of 120,000 members—and Hatena Base have co-developed this program. The training includes exercises using one month of transaction data from a fictional company to ensure participants can articulate the rationale behind their accounting entries. A support system is also in place, allowing graduates to ask instructors questions via Slack for six months after starting their new roles.
