New Product: 'Baum de Voyage Muku (Muku)'
Club Harie Co., Ltd., a manufacturer and retailer of Western confectionery (Head Office: Omihachiman City, Shiga Prefecture; President & CEO: Takao Yamamoto), will begin selling 'Baum de Voyage Muku (Muku)' starting July 1, 2026.
・BAUM DE VOYAGE
The name 'Voyage' is derived from the French term 'Gateaux de Voyage,' meaning 'baked goods suitable for travel with long shelf life.' This confection was created with the intention of allowing customers to enjoy Club Harie’s signature Baumkuchen for longer periods and in a lighter form.
・Crispy Baumkuchen: 'Baum de Voyage Muku'
'Muku' means 'in its natural state'—unadorned, genuine, pure, and pristine.
Our specially formulated Baumkuchen is dried using hot air to achieve a light, crispy texture. Simple ingredients like eggs, sugar, and wheat flour are carefully selected, reflecting Club Harie’s long-standing commitment to quality in Baumkuchen craftsmanship. This baked good highlights the charm of its unembellished dough. Enjoy its subtle butter aroma and gentle flavor.
Perfect not only for everyday moments but also, as the name suggests, as a travel companion or gift for someone far away.
Beside your days, beside your journeys.
