Background of Introduction

For over 30 years since its founding in 1994, our group has been involved in the villa business in Karuizawa, developing a business rooted in the region with a system that integrates real estate, construction, and management. On the other hand, in a location where restaurants and convenience stores are limited around the office, employees faced the challenge of not being able to easily obtain healthy meals. Against this backdrop, we decided to introduce "OFFICE DE YASAI," which allows employees to enjoy nutritionally balanced meals conveniently while at the office.

"OFFICE DE YASAI" is a food welfare service provided by KOMPEITO Co., Ltd. By simply installing refrigerators and freezers in the office, employees can easily purchase salads, fruits, and side dishes focused on health and deliciousness, delivered regularly, starting at 100 yen per item.

Since the service began in 2014, it has been introduced in a wide range of organizations, from startups to large corporations and medical institutions, with a cumulative total of approximately 30,000 locations nationwide (as of July 2026). Its feature is that employees can enjoy healthy meals without getting bored due to the rich monthly rotating lineup. It can be used at any time, not only for lunch but also as a breakfast substitute, snack, or light meal during overtime.

More and more companies are introducing this service as part of their health management initiatives, aiming to improve employee satisfaction, vitalize internal communication, and strengthen recruitment capabilities.
