Kagonoya Launches Limited-Time Unagi Menu Featuring Fluffy, Aromatic Grilled Eel – Try 'Unagi Hitsumabushi' with Signature Dashimaki or Indulge in the Premium 'Tokuten Unadon'

Kagonoya, operated by KR Food Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President: Naoto Hamano), a group company of Create Restaurants Holdings, will begin selling limited-time unagi dishes on July 15, 2026 (Wednesday) in anticipation of 'Doyō no Usui,' a traditional summer event in Japan. The menu features richly grilled, aromatic unagi (eel) served in a variety of authentic styles.

As summer reaches its peak, Kagonoya introduces a stamina-boosting unagi menu perfect for combating summer fatigue.

This year’s highlight is the 'Unagi Hitsumabushi,' served alongside Kagonoya’s renowned 'signature dashimaki tamago' (rolled omelet).

To enhance the rich, thick flavor of the fluffy grilled eel, three distinct serving styles are recommended. Additionally, for guests who wish to fully indulge in unagi, classic options such as the 'Unadon' and 'Tokuten Unadon' are also available.
